• `Optional` **findBy**: `Object`

The criteria for finding Artifact(s) out of the scope of the current run.

#### Type declaration

| `repositoryName` | `string` | Repository owner (eg. 'toolkit') |
| `repositoryOwner` | `string` | Repository owner (eg. 'actions') |
| `token` | `string` | Token with actions:read permissions |
