6ffc39a0ad Convert documentation to ordered list 
Switch the dependency management documentation
to an ordered list from a pseudo-ordered list. This
has the benefit of using more structured markdown,
and the added benefit of matching the "Suppose"
list items with corresponding "Composer" list items.

14260d09c5 Enable php_openssl.dll in php.ini 
it specifies to enable the extension php_openssl.dll in php.ini. When php_openssl.gll is disabled, the command show an error in the function file_get_contents but not specify that is necesary to enable php.ini.
