To synchronize `abandoned` information with JSON APIs and the `composer.json` information of a package, we should return the following types: `bool|non-empty-string`.
This will either state if a package is abandoned and, if there is a replacement declared, what replacement package should be used instead.

Always create proxy files for package binaries,
to avoid not working binaries in case the package
was installed from a path repository and is itself linked
If the binary is a PHP script, a global variable is now exposed,
which holds the path to the vendor/autoload.php file.
This variable can the be used in the binaries to include this file
without guessing where the path to the vendor folder might be.
Additionally it is now checked on binary creation whether
the reference binary has a shebang and if not, generates
a much simple proxy code, because the stream wrapper code,
that is required for PHP <8 to omit the shebang from the output,
can be skipped.

ClassMapGenerator: stabilize the heredoc/nowdoc stripping

I've looked into 10067 and have come to the conclusion that using a single regex to strip the heredoc/nowdocs is always going to run into trouble as:
* Either the matching will be too greedy (issue 10067);
* Or the matching will run into backtrace limits for large heredoc/nowdocs.
We cannot solve both within a single regex.
So, I'm proposing a slightly different solution which should support both and should also improve performance for files containing large heredoc/nowdocs.
The `stripHereNowDocs()` function will find a start marker and remember the offset of the start marker.
It will then find the end marker and strip the contents between the two (replace with `null`).
The function will then recurse onto itself until all heredocs/nowdocs in a file have been removed.
