Fix installing libssl on old Alpine versions ( #902 )
...
* install ^libssl[0-9]+(\.[0-9]+)*$ if it exists in apk info
* use pattern matching that works in older versions of php alpine too
* Improve way to retrieve libssl on Alpine
Test: event, imap, mongo, mongodb, openswoole, relay, stomp, swoole
